Ingredients
-
2 piece Tortilla, wheat
-
200 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
0.5 piece Sweet potato, unpeeled, fresh
-
pieces Salad, ice
-
180 g Sour cream
-
1.5 spoons Worcestershire sauce
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Tear or cut the meat into strips. Clean, wash, and dry the cucumber and lettuce. Tear the lettuce into smaller pieces. Remove the seeds from the cucumber with a spoon. Cut the firmer part, including the skin, into long and thin sticks.
-
Heat a pan and sprinkle it with a little water, then place the tortilla in it. Quickly heat it on both sides (just enough to make it easier to roll). Place the heated tortilla on a clean work surface. Arrange the lettuce pieces, cucumber sticks, and chicken strips in the center (make sure to leave a little empty space at the top and bottom). Fold the bottom and top edges of the tortilla over the filling, then roll the tortilla from left to right into a roll. Prepare the second tortilla in the same way.
-
In a small bowl, add the sour cream. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and mix everything well. Taste the sauce and add a bit of balsamic vinegar or lemon juice if desired.
-
Cut the prepared rolls in half, serve on a plate, and accompany with the prepared sour cream sauce.

Advice
Instead of chicken, you can use leftovers from roasted turkey or duck. If you take the rolls on a picnic, wrap them tightly in food foil and store them in a cooler bag. Add a bit of garlic and/or chili powder to the sauce if desired.
