Ingredients
-
4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts
-
1 teaspoon Butter, unsalted
-
125 g Cheese, edamame
-
1 teaspoon Thyme, raw
-
1 teaspoon Spices, thyme, dried
-
1 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
2 spoons Tomato, dried, in oil
-
1 bouquet Basil, fresh
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Wash the meat and dry it well. Wash the parsley and basil, then finely chop them. Grate the cheese into a bowl, add parsley, tomato, basil, marjoram, and thyme. Mix well and let it sit for a good five minutes.
-
Place the chicken fillets on a board and roll them out to a thickness of five millimeters. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Spread the prepared filling on each piece. Roll the fillets tightly and secure each one with a toothpick to prevent them from unraveling during cooking.
-
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan and sear the roulades on all sides. Cover the pan and let them simmer for another five minutes. Remove the cooked roulades, take out the toothpicks, and slice them into two-centimeter-thick rounds.
