Chicken Salad with Avocado, Mushrooms, and Tomatoes
A plate full of health, colors, and excellent flavors. Since the salad contains avocado and chicken in addition to vegetables and mushrooms, it is suitable as a standalone meal that will keep you full for longer.

400 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

Rinse the chicken fillets under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels. Cut them lengthwise into halves to get pieces of roughly the same thickness, then lightly season them with pepper and salt. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut them into quarters or slice them into thicker pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chicken pieces. Cook them on each side just long enough to change color and slightly brown the edges. Transfer the cooked meat to a plate, then add the mushrooms to the pan and quickly sauté them while stirring. Add a little more oil if needed. Season the sautéed mushrooms lightly with pepper and salt, then transfer them to the plate.

Clean, rinse, and thoroughly dry the lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the flesh with a spoon, then slice it into thin pieces. Slice the cooked chicken as well.

Prepare the plates on which you will serve the salad. First, add the lettuce and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Add the chicken pieces, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices. Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle everything with sesame seeds. Serve the prepared salad immediately.
