Chicken Salad with Sesame and Mushrooms
A wonderful and quickly prepared meal that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. It pairs perfectly with a slice of bread and a glass of good wine.

Steps

Cut the chicken breast in half and lightly season it with pepper and salt. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and cut them into quarters.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the seasoned chicken pieces. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate, add the mushrooms to the pan, and quickly sauté them while stirring. At the end, lightly season the mushrooms with pepper and salt, and generously sprinkle with fresh parsley. In another pan, quickly toast the sesame seeds and transfer them to a plate.

Clean, wash, and dry the lettuce. Arrange it nicely over the entire surface of the plate. Add the mushrooms and the sliced cooked chicken breast. Season the salad with a dressing made from olive oil, vinaigrette, salt, and coarsely ground pepper. Finally, sprinkle everything with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve the prepared salad immediately.
