Chicken Shish Kebab

Ingredients

400 g Meat, chicken, breasts

Steps

Rinse the chicken breasts under running water, pat them dry, and cut them into larger cubes. Place the chicken cubes in a large bowl, season with pepper and salt, and drizzle with oil. Mix everything well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Peel the shallots, rinse them, halve them, and separate them into layers. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and remove any green parts. Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and pat them dry.

On each wooden skewer, first thread a piece of shallot, then a piece of chicken, followed by a cherry tomato, a mushroom, another piece of chicken, a tomato, a mushroom, chicken, and finally another piece of shallot. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used.

Preheat the grill and lightly grease it with the remaining oil from the chicken marinade. Place the shish kebabs on the hot grill and cook for about 8 minutes. Turn them several times during cooking to ensure they are evenly grilled.

Rinse and shake off the parsley. Arrange the grilled shish kebabs on plates, garnish with parsley, and serve with bread, sauce, and salad.
