Ingredients

Steps

Thoroughly wash the peppers and zucchini, remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into approximately 2 cm squares, and slice the zucchini into rings. Also, thoroughly wash the mushrooms, clean them, and remove the stems.

Rinse the chicken well, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into smaller pieces. Place a grill pan on the stove and heat the oil. Season the chicken pieces and vegetables to taste with pepper and salt. On the heated oil, first cook the chicken breast pieces for 5 minutes, then add the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally with a wooden spatula.
