Chicken Skewers with Vegetables and Beer

Ingredients

500 g Meat, chicken, breasts

2 dl Alcohol, Beer

Steps

Thoroughly wash and dry the zucchini and tomatoes with paper towels. Slice the zucchini into rings and remove the stems from the tomatoes. Peel the onion and cut it into smaller pieces. Also, wash and dry the chicken meat well. Cut it into pieces approximately 1 x 2 cm in size, and toss them together with the vegetables into a large bowl.

Season the ingredients with salt, pepper, and oregano, and pour dark beer over them. Then mix everything well, cover the bowl, and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Light the charcoal and heat the grill well. Alternately thread pieces of chicken, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes onto wooden skewers. Heat the grill grate and thoroughly grease it with oil. Arrange the prepared skewers on the heated grill and cook them for about 12 minutes. Turn them several times during cooking to ensure they are evenly grilled on all sides.

Serve the grilled skewers on plates and present them at the table along with your chosen side dish.
