350 g Dry salami, turkey

1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh

5 twig Parsley, fresh

Steps

Thoroughly wash the parsley and red bell pepper. Shake the parsley well and dry it, then finely chop it. Remove the seeds and stem from the bell pepper, then cut it into smaller pieces.

First, slice the chicken special sausage into narrow rings, then cut them into thin strips. Combine the strips of chicken sausage, bell pepper, and parsley in a large salad bowl. Season to taste with salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Mix the ingredients well. If desired, divide the prepared salad into smaller salad bowls and serve at the table.
