Chicken Strips with Cherry Tomatoes and Mozzarella

800 g Meat, chicken, breasts

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Rinse the chicken fillets and dry them with paper towels. Cut them into thinner strips, season with salt, pepper, and a mix of Italian herbs. Clean and rinse the cherry tomatoes. Cut larger tomatoes into quarters and smaller ones in half.

Take a deep baking dish and grease it with oil or butter. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle the ingredients with olive oil, gently mix, and spread them evenly in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. During the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle mozzarella over the chicken strips and tomatoes.
