Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, cumin, seeds
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, chili powder
-
2 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola
-
12 pieces Chili peppers, green chili, in brine
-
4 pieces Salad, soft
-
3 pieces Tomato, red
-
100 g Cheese, edamame
-
8 teaspoon Sour cream
-
8 pieces Tortilla, corn
Steps
-
Wash the chicken breasts and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Cut them into smaller pieces. Season the chicken with salt, ground cumin, and ground chili. Mix everything well so that the pieces are evenly seasoned. Drain the soaked chilies and finely chop them.
-
Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil well. Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the hot oil and fry them over moderate heat, stirring, until they are browned on all sides. Add the chopped chilies and fry everything together for about 5 more minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
-
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Clean and wash the tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Cut the lettuce leaves into thin strips and the tomatoes into small pieces. Fold the taco tortillas onto a baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven for 3 minutes. Grate the cheese finely.
-
Fill the corn tortilla with the fried chicken pieces. Add a little lettuce and tomato pieces, and drizzle everything with a spoonful of sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve the prepared taco immediately.

Instead of sour cream, you can also use a spicy cream sauce.
