500 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
2 cups Rice, white, long grain
-
3 spoons Oil, sesame
-
1 piece Onion, young
marinada
-
125 ml Soy sauce, shoyu
-
90 ml Alcohol, Sake
-
2 spoons Sugar, white
-
2 spoons Sesame seeds, roasted
Steps
-
Wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. Cut it into four equally thick pieces. In a large bowl, pour in the soy sauce and sake, then add sugar and sesame seeds. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well. Submerge the chicken meat in the prepared marinade. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours (preferably overnight).
-
Clean the spring onion, wash it, and slice it into rings. Cook the rice. Take the chicken meat out of the marinade and remove the seeds. Place a wok on the stove and heat it well. Pour sesame oil into the heated wok and fry the marinated meat on both sides in the hot oil. Cook the pieces for about 2 minutes on each side until they get a nice golden-brown color. Let the cooked pieces cool slightly, then slice them into strips.
-
Heat the remaining marinade in a small pot. Distribute the cooked rice onto plates. Place the sliced chicken strips on top of the rice and pour the hot sauce over them. Garnish the dish with the sliced spring onion and serve.
