Chicken Thighs with Beer

In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, and cumin. Thoroughly wash the chicken thighs, dry them with a kitchen towel, and rub them with the spice mixture.

Then place a larger pot on the stove and heat the margarine in it. Once the margarine is well heated, place the seasoned thighs in the pot and cook them for 5-6 minutes on each side. Once they are nicely browned, pour the beer into the pot and cover it. Simmer on moderate heat for about 45 minutes, until almost all the beer has evaporated. Meanwhile, wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely.

Serve the braised thighs in deep bowls, pour the braising sauce over them, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve the prepared dish with an appropriate side.
