Chicken Thighs with Young Potatoes from the Oven

500 g Meat, chicken, thighs

800 g Potatoes, white

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

3 pods Garlic, fresh

200 g Okra

4 spoon Oil, olive

2 teaspoons Salt, table

0.5 teaspoons Spices, oregano, dried

0.5 teaspoons Thyme, fresh

200 g Cheese, feta
Steps

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

Cut the chicken thighs into larger pieces. Clean, wash, and dice the potatoes, onion, and lemon, and finely chop the garlic.

Line a low baking dish with parchment paper. Pour olive oil into it and mix it with salt, oregano, thyme, and garlic. Squeeze the juice from the lemon slices and mix everything slightly.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the baking dish, including the meat, potatoes, onion, and Brussels sprouts. Mix well and arrange the lemon slices on top.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then take it out and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the ingredients. Bake for another 15 minutes.
