750 g Meat, chicken, breasts

2 spoons Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

2 spoons Tomato, concentrate

1 piece Onion, raw

3 pieces Garlic, fresh

1 spoon Tamarind

1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground

Steps

Wash the chicken meat, dry it, and cut it into cubes. For the marinade, mix yogurt, tomato paste, onion, garlic, tamarind paste, ginger, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl. Soak the chicken meat in the marinade. Mix the meat and let it marinate in the bowl for at least two hours.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Skewer the pieces of meat and place them in the preheated oven just under the broiler. Roast the skewers for 5 minutes on each side, then serve them hot.
