Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, loaves
-
pieces Oil, olive
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, garlic powder
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, paprika
-
2 teaspoons Juice, lemon
-
pieces Salt, table
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 dl Soup base, chicken, cube
-
200 g Bulgur
-
2.5 dl Water
-
300 g Beans, fresh
Steps
-
First, prepare the marinade for the chicken. In a bowl, add a tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well, then add the meat to the marinade. Mix again thoroughly to ensure the meat is evenly coated with the marinade, then cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Peel and finely chop the onion.
-
In a larger pan that is suitable for baking in the oven, sear the marinated chicken thighs on all sides. Once they are nicely browned, transfer them to a plate.
-
Pour a little olive oil into the pan and sauté the onion until golden brown. Add the chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
-
Add the bulgur to the pan, pour in water, mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes.
-
Stir in the vegetables, arrange the chicken thighs on top, and place the pan in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
-
Serve the prepared dish on plates and enjoy. A bowl of salad pairs well with it.
