Ingredients
-
800 g Meat, chicken, loaves
-
1 piece Juice, lemon
-
pieces Salt, table
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 dl Soup base, chicken, cube
-
1 twig Thyme, fresh
-
2 spoons Sour cream
Steps
-
Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with salt and pepper. Pour this over the chicken pieces and let them marinate covered for one hour.
-
Remove the meat from the marinade, which you save for the sauce. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides. Cook it for about three minutes on each side until nicely browned.
-
Add chicken stock and the marinade, add a sprig of thyme, and simmer on moderate heat for 40 minutes.
-
Remove the meat from the pan and take out the thyme sprig. Add sour cream to the sauce and stir. Wait just long enough for the sauce to thicken.
-
Pour the prepared sauce over the meat and serve it with your favorite side dish and a seasonal salad.
