Ingredients
Marinade
-
1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground
-
1 spoon Soy sauce, tamari
-
2 spoons Juice, lime
-
3 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
4 pieces Meat, chicken, breasts
-
1 piece Bell pepper, red, fresh
-
2 piece Green, raw
-
2 cups Nuts, Indian, roasted, unsalted
-
0.5 cups Sesame seeds, dried
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps
-
Wash the chicken fillets and dry them with a paper towel. Also wash all the vegetables; remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into squares, and cut the stem vegetables into smaller pieces. Cut the chicken fillets into strips.
-
In a bowl, mix all the spices and pour in the soy sauce and lime juice. Mix with your fingers or a fork to create a uniform mixture, then add the chicken strips. Mix everything well with your fingers and let it sit for one hour.
-
Place a wok on the stove and heat it very well. Pour oil into the heated wok and fry the meat. Stir it while frying until it browns and cooks evenly on all sides. Add the vegetables, nuts, and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds. After five minutes of frying, add the remaining marinade that might be left in the bowl. Stir and cook for another five minutes. Then turn off the heat and serve the dish directly in the wok.
