1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

2 piece Orange, fresh

1 piece Meat, chicken, thighs

2 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

4 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola

60 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

100 g Nuts, almonds

Wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice. Carefully clean the chicken, wash it, and cut it into 10 pieces. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. On a separate plate, prepare flour in which you coat the chicken pieces. Place a larger pan on the stove, heat it up, and then add oil. Cook the meat over low heat for about 20 minutes. Turn it several times during cooking.

Pour in half a glass of wine, cover the pan, and simmer the meat for another 10 minutes. Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and keep them warm. Place a non-stick pan on the stove and quickly toast the almond slices without fat.

In the pan with the sauce, over very low heat, mix in 2 tablespoons of flour, pour in the orange juice, and cook a little longer if needed to thicken the sauce. Add the parsley just before the end of cooking. Serve the chicken on plates, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with almond slices. Offer the prepared dish to your guests.
