Ingredients

1.2 kg Meat, chicken, wings

4 pieces Tomato, red

2 piece Bell pepper, green, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

1 pod Garlic, fresh

2 twigs Parsley, fresh

1 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

40 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

2 spoons Oil, olive

3 pinch Salt, table

3 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves. Wash the chicken, dry it, and cut it into 12 pieces. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and peppers. Remove the green parts from the tomatoes, and the stems, seeds, and membranes from the peppers. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into smaller pieces.

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste, then dust them with flour. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Place a pot on the stove and heat the oil. Quickly sauté the onion until translucent. Towards the end of sautéing, add the garlic and quickly sauté it as well.

Add the chicken pieces to the onion and garlic and brown them on all sides for about 12 minutes.

Pour the wine into the pot and simmer over high heat until it partially evaporates. Then add the chopped vegetables, pour in a little hot water if needed, cover the pot, and simmer the dish over moderate heat for 30 minutes.

5 minutes before the end of simmering, taste the dish and season with additional salt and pepper if needed. Serve the prepared dish in deep bowls and garnish with parsley leaves. Offer it to your guests.
