Chicken with Paprika and Rice in the Oven
A simple dish that will delight the whole family, especially the one who prepares it, as it is incredibly easy to make. You wont dirty many dishes either, as the entire meal is prepared in one baking dish.

Ingredients
Marinade

600 g Meat, chicken, loaves

1 cup Rice, white, long grain

Steps

In a bowl, prepare the marinade for the chicken by mixing salt, ground pepper, ground paprika, and oil. Add the chicken pieces and mix well so that the marinade evenly coats all pieces of meat. Set aside while you prepare the other ingredients.

Wash and clean the bell peppers (remove the stems and seeds). Cut them into pieces or strips. Peel the onion and cut it into smaller pieces. Simply crush the garlic cloves with a knife.

Take the baking dish in which you will prepare the dish. Add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic, season the vegetables with salt, and drizzle with a bit of oil. Mix well and spread them out in the baking dish, then add the marinated chicken pieces, bell peppers, garlic, and onion. Place the dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes of baking, remove the dish from the oven and transfer the chicken pieces to a plate. Add the rice to the baking dish and mix it with the roasted vegetables.

Pour in water or broth in which you have dissolved tomato concentrate. The ratio of water to rice should be 1:3.

Place the chicken pieces on top, then cover the dish with aluminum foil and return it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes. For the last 10 minutes of baking, you can remove the foil to allow the chicken and rice to brown nicely.
