Ingredients
-
500 g Meat, chicken, breasts
-
2 spoons Oil, olive
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
12 pieces Potatoes, white
-
15 dag Cheese, Parmesan, hard
-
250 g Spinach, raw
-
1 can Beans, canned, cooked
Steps
-
Cut the chicken breasts into four fillets. Rinse the fillets under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Pour olive oil into a pan and heat it. Place the fillets on the heated oil and cook them first on one side, then on the other (each side for about 4 minutes on medium heat). Season the cooked fillets with salt and set them aside on a plate.
-
Clean and wash the baby potatoes, then place them in a pot. Cover the potatoes with cold water and add salt. Cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, then drain them.
-
Grate Parmesan into a bowl, then sprinkle Parmesan on one side of the fillets. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the baby spinach and serve it on plates. Drain the beans and rinse them under running water. Sprinkle them over the spinach.
-
Arrange the fillets in a greased baking dish, then place the dish in the oven for about 10 minutes. When the Parmesan turns golden brown, serve the fillets on plates where you have already arranged the spinach and beans. Cut the baby potatoes in half and arrange them around the meat. Serve the prepared dish immediately.
