500 g Chickpea, cooked

2 spoons Carp, soaked

Steps

Drain the chickpeas from the can, rinse under running water, and drain well. Rinse the parsley, dry it thoroughly, and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.

In a small bowl, prepare the salad dressing from lemon juice, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt, and the juice in which the capers were soaked. Mix the ingredients until the salt is completely dissolved.

Place the drained chickpeas in a larger bowl. Add the capers and chopped parsley. Pour the dressing over everything, mix well, serve in salad bowls, and enjoy.
