Ingredients

1.5 kg Fish, white fish
-
2 piece Onion, raw
-
2 teaspoons Salt, table
-
1 teaspoon Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 dl Oil, olive
-
1 dl Juice, lemon
-
0.5 bouquet Parsley, fresh
-
2 twigs Rosemary, fresh
-
5 spoon Carp, soaked

Steps

Peel the onion and roughly chop it. Rinse the fish fillets under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Cut them into pieces of desired size. Season both sides with salt and lightly sprinkle with pepper, then grease a baking dish with olive oil.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Arrange the fish pieces in the baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes on one side. Then flip them, pour lemon juice over them, sprinkle with onion, and bake for another 15 minutes.

Rinse and chop the parsley and rosemary. Remove the baked fish from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Sprinkle with the chopped herbs and capers. Rinse the lemon and slice it thinly, placing a slice on each fillet. Let the fish cool, then cover the platter (with food wrap) and store it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

After a few hours, the fish is ready to be served.
