Ingredients

120 ml Vinegar, red wine

2 bouquet Spices, oregano, dried

Steps
- Wash the herbs, shake them dry, and roughly chop them. Peel the garlic and roughly chop it as well. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until a uniform consistency is achieved. Transfer the prepared sauce to a serving bowl. Let the sauce rest at room temperature for at least 2 hours before serving.
