Ingredients
-
1.5 spoons Butter, unsalted
-
220 g Cabbage, Chinese (pak-choi), fresh
-
100 g Meat, turkey, breasts
-
150 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose
-
1.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
2 teaspoons Baking powder
-
0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
5 spoon Oil, olive
-
250 g Whey, sour, liquid
-
1 spoon Tomato, concentrate
-
1 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
Steps
-
Turn on the oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the muffin tin (or place paper liners in it).
-
Clean the mixed Chinese vegetables, rinse them under running water, and finely chop them. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl. Finely chop the pork as well, then mix it with the vegetables.
-
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with the five-spice powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the vegetable and meat mixture. In another bowl, beat the egg, then mix in the oil, vinegar, zest, and soy sauce. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a whisk just enough to moisten all the ingredients.
-
Fill the muffin tin cavities with the batter up to three-quarters. Bake the muffins in the oven on the middle rack for 20 minutes. When they turn golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes. Once cooled, remove them from the tin and serve.

Advice
Chinese vegetables can be bought already prepared in cans, but if we want to prepare the mixture ourselves, we can make it from Chinese cabbage, spring onion, pepper, carrot, soybean sprouts, bamboo shoots, etc.
