- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- Difficulty: 3
- Spiciness: 0
- Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
150 g chocolate, dark
-
150 g chocolate, dark
-
70 g chocolate, dark
-
4 teaspoon Powdered sugar
-
250 g Nuts, almonds
Steps
-
Knead the marzipan dough well on a clean work surface. Then sprinkle the work surface with powdered sugar, and roll out the marzipan dough into a rectangle approximately 2 cm thick. Cut it into 2 cm by 1 cm rectangles, and place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
-
Break all three types of chocolate into smaller pieces. Place two pots on the stove and fill them with a small amount of water. Place two metal bowls on top of the pots, making sure the bowls do not touch the water. Then, melt the milk and dark chocolate separately in the bowls over the water bath.
-
Dip ten marzipan squares into the milk chocolate and the remaining ten into the dark chocolate. Place the squares on parchment paper and wait for the chocolate to set. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the same way over the water bath, and dip 4 squares into it, also placing them on parchment paper.
-
Roll three pieces of parchment paper into cones and cut off the tips. Fill each cone with one type of chocolate. Use the cones to draw numbers on the chocolate-covered squares to form the Advent calendar. Make sure to use contrasting colors and flavors, as used for dipping the squares.
