Base

Steps

Place all the ingredients for the base into a mixer and quickly blend them until they crumble and slightly bind. Small almond pieces will remain in the mixture, giving the cake a crunchy texture.

Spread the mixture into a springform pan (20 cm in diameter) and press it firmly with your fingers to create an evenly thick base.

Place all the ingredients for the cream into a bowl and blend them with a hand mixer until smooth.

Spread the cream over the base and smooth the top nicely. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving. Before removing the springform ring, run a knife around the edge.
