250 g Breadcrumbs, dried

3 spoons Sugar, white

50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

100 g Butter, unsalted

70 ml Milk, skimmed

100 g chocolate, dark

50 g Coconut, flakes

In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, cocoa, and cookie crumbs. Pour milk over the mixture, then mix well with a wooden spoon and knead with clean hands into a thick brown dough. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for one hour.

Place a small pot with half a liter of water on the stove and place a bowl on top. Break the chocolate into the bowl and melt it over the water bath. Stir the melted chocolate well. Shape the dough into small balls with clean hands. Skewer each ball with a stick and dip it into the melted chocolate.

Then sprinkle the balls with colorful sprinkles, arrange them on a tray, and serve.

Advice
To make cookie crumbs, finely grind butter cookies in a food processor. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk; if its too wet, add more cookie crumbs. You can replace some of the cookie crumbs with ground almonds or hazelnuts.
