Steps

Vanilla chia pudding: In a bowl, mix the drink, chia seeds, agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Let the mixture sit for 5 to 10 minutes.

Chocolate chia mousse: In a blender, add the drink, chia seeds, cocoa powder, dates, vanilla flavor, and a pinch of salt. Blend the ingredients on high speed until you get a thick creamy mixture.

Peel the bananas. Slice them into rounds and mash them into a fruit puree in a bowl using a fork.

Prepare the glasses in which you will serve the dessert. First, layer the chocolate mousse, then add a layer of banana puree, and finally fill the glasses almost to the top with the vanilla chia pudding. Store the glasses in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight) so that all layers set and cool well.

Before serving, decorate the prepared dessert as desired. You can use cocoa nibs, coconut chips, chopped nuts, sliced bananas, etc.
