Chocolate Bats
With this sweet treat, you will win the admiration of both small and large guests. They will be convinced by both the appearance and the taste. It is a variation of the famous Brazilian sweet brigadeiros, which is based on condensed milk.

Ingredients

200 g Milk, whole milk

1 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation

10 g Butter, unsalted

70 g chocolate, dark

40 ml Sweet cream

50 g chocolate, dark

50 g Breadcrumbs, dried

Steps

In a small pot, add condensed milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract. Mix and heat over medium heat.

Add butter and chocolate, and melt them while stirring.

When the mixture starts to separate from the pot, pour in the cooking cream. Stir again until the mixture starts to separate from the pot, then remove from heat. Let it cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for one or two hours.

Use a large spoon to scoop the mixture, shape it into a ball, and roll it in chocolate sprinkles. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Gently press eyes onto the balls and then add 'wings'. The wings are made by cutting chocolate cookies in half with a knife.

The bats can be placed in muffin cups or served on a plate. Keep them refrigerated until serving.
