Ingredients
Coconut cream
-
2 cans Coconut milk
-
1 spoon Syrup, maple
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
-
425 g Beans, grains, cooked
-
3 pieces Egg, fresh
-
75 ml Oil, plant, coconut
-
20 ml Coffee, espresso
-
55 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
200 g Sugar, white
-
55 g Nuts, almonds
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, natural
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
100 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a food processor, add the beans, eggs, coconut oil, and coffee. Mix the ingredients until smooth. Then add cocoa, coconut sugar, almond flour, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix the ingredients again until smooth. Finally, add the dark chocolate broken into smaller pieces and mix the ingredients one last time.
-
Line a deep baking dish (approximately 18 x 18 cm) with parchment paper and pour the prepared batter into it. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
-
While the batter is baking, prepare the coconut cream. Take the can of coconut milk from the refrigerator and open it. Scoop out the thickened top layer and add it to a bowl. Save the coconut water (use it in a smoothie). Add agave syrup and vanilla to the bowl and mix well with an electric mixer to create whipped coconut cream.
-
Once the baked batter has cooled, cut it into equal-sized pieces. Serve the brownies on plates, garnish with whipped coconut cream, and enjoy.
