-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
400 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened
-
450 ml Milk, whole milk
-
250 g Bread, wheat
glazura
- 1 piece chocolate, dark
okras
-
100 g chocolate, dark
-

Steps
-
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath (see tips). It should melt very slowly, otherwise lumps may form. Whisk the melted cream well to achieve a uniform, silky smooth, and shiny chocolate cream. Set the cream aside.
-
Break the biscuits into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl.
-
Gradually mix the condensed milk into the chocolate cream using a whisk. Initially, the ingredients may not combine well, but eventually, you will get a uniform, thick cream.
-
Add the biscuits to the cream and mix everything well. Line a cake mold with a removable rim with baking paper and fill it with the mixture. Tap to evenly distribute the mixture in the mold. Refrigerate for 5 hours.
-
Prepare the chocolate coating according to the package instructions. Remove the rim from the cake mold. Carefully transfer the cake to a serving plate and evenly coat it with the melted chocolate. Decorate with chocolate shavings and white sugar roses, then serve.

Advice
A water bath is a special method for preparing or cooking delicate dishes (especially various sauces and creams). Place the bowl with the dish in another container with hot water and whisk the dish or mixture in the upper bowl until it thickens and becomes frothy.
