Chocolate-Blueberry Mousse
If you have the opportunity to get wild blueberries, I highly recommend using them for this dessert. Not only will the dessert taste better, but the color will also be more intense. The dessert is just the right amount of sweet, but if you want it sweeter, you can replace the cooking chocolate with milk chocolate.

Blueberry mousse

Steps

Chocolate mousse: First, melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the sweet cream.

Pour milk into a cup and heat it until it boils. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot milk while stirring. Pour the mixture into the melted chocolate and mix well. Gently fold the whipped sweet cream into the chocolate mixture with a spatula. Distribute the prepared mousse into desired glasses and let it cool well.

Blueberry mousse: Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the sweet cream. Mix the pureed blueberries with yogurt and powdered sugar. Add the melted gelatin and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture, then gently fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Pour the blueberry mousse over the chocolate mousse, then store the glasses in the refrigerator for enough time for both creams to set and cool completely.
