Ingredients

1 spoon Water

1 spoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

225 g Powdered sugar

75 g Butter, unsalted

1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation

3 teaspoons Milk, partially skimmed
Steps

Mix cocoa and hot water well and let the mixture cool. Meanwhile, sift powdered sugar through a sieve into a larger bowl. Add softened butter, vanilla extract, and a spoonful of milk. Use an electric mixer or whisk to thoroughly combine the ingredients until you get a creamy mixture. Slowly pour the cooled cocoa mixture into the bowl while continuously mixing.

Add the remaining milk drop by drop while constantly mixing to achieve a smooth and fluffy mixture.

Use the cream to decorate various cakes or as a frosting.
