250 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

3 dl Alcohol, Wine, Red

Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a bundt or cake pan well.

In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, place the softened butter and sugar, and mix them well with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add one egg and mix, then add the second egg along with vanilla and mix again.

Gradually alternate adding the dry ingredients and the red wine into the egg-butter mixture, folding gently with a spatula.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

After baking, let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, as it will be very soft. Then, invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely, and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
