400 g Breadcrumbs, dried

75 g Butter, unsalted

500 g Cheese, cottage cheese

500 g Cheese, creamy

4 spoon Powdered sugar

Biscuit Base: Finely grind the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Cover the bottom of the cake mold (26 to 28 cm in diameter) with the mixture. Press the biscuit mixture firmly with your palm to create a nice biscuit base. Store the mold in the refrigerator.

Chocolate-Cheese Cream: In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mascarpone, and powdered sugar. Melt the dark and milk chocolate over steam. Gradually add the cooled melted chocolate to the mixture of cottage cheese, mascarpone, and sugar. Reserve a quarter of the melted chocolate for later.

Carefully pour the chocolate-cheese cream into the mold over the biscuit base. Spread the remaining melted chocolate over the cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours to cool and set.
