Chocolate Coconut Balls

Ingredients

200 g Breadcrumbs, dried

100 g Nuts, almonds

100 g Nuts, hazelnuts

100 g Powdered sugar

50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

50 g chocolate, dark

120 g Butter, unsalted

1 dl Juice, orange

0.5 dl Milk, whole milk

60 g Coconut, flakes
Steps

Finely grind the butter biscuits in a multiprocessor. Transfer the biscuit crumbs to a large bowl and add ground almonds and hazelnuts, powdered sugar, cocoa, and chocolate powder. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it to the bowl. Pour in the orange juice and milk, then knead all the ingredients well with your hands to form a firm mixture.

Sprinkle coconut flour onto a shallow plate. Shape the mixture into small balls with your hands and roll them in the coconut flour. Place the balls on a large tray and refrigerate for two hours.

Advice
If the balls are not being prepared for children, you can add a little rum to the mixture. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more liquid (milk, rum, or orange juice). If its too thick, add more ground biscuits or nuts. Butter can be replaced with rum if desired.
