250 g Cheese, cottage cheese

Steps

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Line a low baking tray for cookies with baking paper.

In one bowl, cream together the cottage cheese, softened butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In another bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the cottage cheese mixture and mix well until you get a uniform dough. Shape the dough into balls, using one large tablespoon of dough for each ball.

Roll the balls in powdered sugar and place them on the baking tray, leaving at least four centimeters of space between them, as the cookies will spread during baking.

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. After baking, let them cool slightly, as they will be very soft.
