In a small bowl, mix ground flax seeds and water. In another bowl, mix soy milk and apple cider vinegar.

In a larger bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well until you get a uniform batter.

Fill greased donut molds with the batter.

Bake the donuts for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heating, without ventilation).

Once the donuts are baked, wait for 5-10 minutes to let them cool slightly, then gently remove them from the molds.

Melt the dark and white chocolate separately. Decorate the donuts with the melted chocolate as desired, and optionally sprinkle with roasted hazelnuts.
