Chocolate Easter Nests
Preparing this sweet treat is so simple that even children can make it. Younger children should get help from their parents, while older ones probably wont need assistance.

Ingredients
-
225 g chocolate, dark
-
50 g Butter, unsalted
-
2 spoons Syrup, sweet
-
100 g Amaranth, flakes
-
pieces chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Place paper muffin cups into the muffin tin. Break (or cut) the chocolate into smaller pieces.
-
Place a larger pot on the stove and add butter, golden syrup, and chocolate pieces. Heat the ingredients slowly over low heat, stirring occasionally with a spoon. Once all the ingredients melt and combine into a smooth chocolate mixture, remove the pot from the heat and add cornflakes. Gently mix with a spoon to ensure all the cornflakes are evenly coated with chocolate.
-
Use a spoon to distribute the chocolate-coated cornflakes into the paper muffin cups. Make a small indentation in the center using the back of the spoon. Place chocolate eggs into the indentation. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator just long enough for the chocolate to fully set.

Instead of golden syrup, you can use liquid honey.
