Chocolate Fondue
Fondue is not just a dish, but also a social event - guests gather around the table, each takes their own skewer, and happily dip and dunk pieces into the liquid sauce. This time, the pieces are fruit, and the sauce is chocolate.

200 g Strawberries

500 g chocolate, dark

200 ml Sweet cream

4 spoon Powdered sugar

2 bags Powdered sugar

1 teaspoon Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

2 pinch Spices, cinnamon, ground
Steps

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Wash the pears, dry them, and cut them into wedges. Remove the core, stem, and seeds, then cut the wedges into bite-sized pieces. Wash and dry the strawberries. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Arrange the fruit pieces in bowls and place them on the table.

In a serving bowl, mix powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder, and place it on the table.

Break the chocolate into pieces in a fondue pot. Add the cream and heat until the mixture becomes smooth and liquid. Stir occasionally while melting. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.

Place the pot with the melted chocolate on a burner on the table. Guests can serve themselves by skewering the fruit pieces with forks or fondue skewers, dipping them first into the sugar mixture, and then into the melted chocolate.

Advice
