Ingredients
-
500 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
1 piece Egg, fresh
-
220 g Butter, unsalted
-
125 g Sugar, white
-
125 g Nuts, hazelnuts
-
50 ml Milk, whole milk
-
1 pinch Salt, table
-
30 g chocolate, dark

pieces Chocolate spread, with hazelnuts
-
pieces Nuts, hazelnuts
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
-
Place all the ingredients (except the chocolate) in a bowl. Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Once melted, add it to the other ingredients and mix into a smooth dough. Form the dough into balls, each weighing approximately 25 grams.
-
Flatten each ball in the palm of your hand to form a thin circle, about 4 centimeters in diameter. Place a teaspoon of hazelnut spread in the center, then carefully wrap the dough around the filling (as if making dumplings). Shape into balls, place them on the parchment paper, and gently press down. Sprinkle the cookies with crushed hazelnuts before baking. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
-
The baked cookies are very soft when they come out of the oven but will firm up as they cool.
