Ingredients
-
250 g Butter, unsalted
-
100 g Nuts, almonds
-
100 g Nuts, hazelnuts
-
100 g Powdered sugar
-
200 g Butter, unsalted
-
50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened
-
50 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened
-
1 dl Juice, peach
-
0.5 dl Milk, skimmed
-
100 g Nuts, almonds
-
1 handful Sugar, white
Steps
-
Grind the butter cookies in a multiprocessor and pour them into a larger bowl. Cut the butter into smaller pieces and add them to the ground cookies. Add ground almonds and hazelnuts, powdered sugar, chocolate powder, and cocoa.
-
Pour in the orange juice and milk, then knead all the ingredients with your hands until you get a firm dough. Place the prepared dough in the refrigerator for at least two hours to cool and firm up.
-
Shape the cooled dough into small balls, flattening and narrowing one side slightly to give them the shape of hedgehogs (see picture).
-
Insert almond sticks into each hedgehog for the spines, use white candies for the eyes, and red candies for the nose. Enhance the eyes with brown cake contour. Optionally, you can add marzipan leaves, then serve the hedgehogs in paper muffin cups and offer them.
