Chocolate Lasagna

Ingredients

200 g Breadcrumbs, dried

85 g Butter, unsalted

500 ml Sweet cream

1 bag Baking powder

30 g Powdered sugar

1 bag Sugar, white

350 g Cheese, creamy

8 dl Milk, whole milk

2 bags Pudding, vanilla

100 g Sugar, white

Steps

Crush or grind the cookies and mix them with melted butter. Line the bottom of a baking dish (25 x 35 cm) with the cookie mixture.

Pour the cream into a bowl and while whipping, add the stabilizer mixture (kremfix), which has been mixed with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Whip until you get a firm cream.

In another bowl, place the cream cheese and mix it well with an electric mixer. Gently fold in half of the whipped cream, then spread the mixture over the cookie base. Place the baking dish and the remaining cream in the refrigerator.

Cook the pudding according to the package instructions, using only 800 ml of milk and 100 g of sugar. Let the pudding cool slightly, then pour it over the cream cheese layer. Return to the refrigerator.

Once the pudding has cooled, spread the remaining whipped cream on top. Chill the dessert for at least two hours before cutting, and serve with chocolate sprinkles.
