Chocolate Mint Slices
A festive dessert prepared in three simple stages. Finish it off with some creative decoration. For a Christmas theme, we chose heartwarming fir trees, snowflakes, and balls.

1 spoon Oil, vegetable oil, canola

100 g Sugar, white

60 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

50 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking pan, size 30 x 20 centimeters, with butter.

Melt the butter and let it cool to lukewarm, then mix it well with oil and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix for another minute or two until the mixture becomes lighter in color.

Mix in the salt, then sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture. Gently mix until the ingredients are just combined.

Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then let it cool to room temperature.

Place all the ingredients for the green layer in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer. Spread evenly over the cooled cake and place in the refrigerator.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and let the glaze sit for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally as it cools. Spread the cooled glaze over the green layer. Decorate the dessert as desired and place it back in the refrigerator for a while to let the chocolate glaze set. Slice into pieces before serving.
