Ingredients
-
410 ml Milk, partially skimmed
-
340 g chocolate, dark
-
2 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
170 g chocolate, dark
-
3 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
3 drops Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
100 g chocolate, dark
Steps
-
Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper. Leave about 2 cm of parchment paper hanging over the edge of the dish. Place a saucepan on the stove. Add 2/3 of the condensed milk and chocolate chips to the saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until a smooth chocolate mixture forms. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
-
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and let it sit for 10 minutes to slightly set. Meanwhile, place another saucepan on the stove and add the remaining condensed milk and white chocolate pieces. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and a smooth mixture forms.
-
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the mint extract and green food coloring. Mix well and then slowly pour the mixture into the baking dish. Roughly chop the chocolate pieces and scatter them over the top of the green layer. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow both layers to fully set.
-
Once the layers are completely set, remove the dish from the refrigerator and cut the dessert into squares of your desired size. Arrange them on a serving plate and offer them to your guests.
