Steps

Dark chocolate cream: Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packet. Pour milk into a cup and add the bloomed gelatin. Remove from heat and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour the milk mixture into the melted chocolate and mix well to achieve a completely smooth mixture. Whip the sweet cream and gently fold it into the chocolate mixture using a whisk. Pour the prepared cream into any glasses and chill well.
