Ingredients

200 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

150 g Cooking chocolate, unsweetened

50 g Sugar, white

1 bag Baking powder

60 g Butter, unsalted

1.5 dl Milk, skimmed

1 piece Egg, fresh
Steps

Place paper liners in the muffin tin.

Finely chop or grate the chocolate.

Melt the butter in a double boiler and let it cool to lukewarm. Add the milk and egg, and mix into a smooth mixture.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the baking powder and sugar, and mix well. Pour in the mixture of butter, milk, and egg, quickly mix, and then add the chocolate. Mix for as short a time as possible, just enough to evenly distribute the ingredients.

Fill the paper liners three-quarters full with the batter and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C.

Take the baked muffins out of the oven, wait another five minutes, then remove them from the tin and arrange them on a serving plate.
