Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Since we dont need even a single gram of flour to prepare these excellent chocolate cookies, they can also be enjoyed by those who cannot consume gluten.

270 g Peanut butter, coarse

100 g Sugar, white

1 piece Egg, fresh

40 g Cocoa, powdered, unsweetened

125 g chocolate, dark

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife. In a bowl, mix the egg, cocoa, peanut butter, and sugar. Once a smooth mixture forms, add the chocolate pieces and mix everything well.

Line a low baking tray with parchment paper. Form the prepared mixture into approximately 2.5 cm balls and place them on the prepared tray. Make sure there is at least 3 cm of space between the balls. Flatten the balls slightly with the back of a spoon. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 12 minutes.

Once the cookies are baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool on the tray for 1 to 2 minutes. Then carefully transfer them to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
