Roughly chop all three types of chocolate and melt them separately in heatproof bowls over a water bath.

While the chocolate is melting, prepare the other ingredients. Roughly chop the nuts, cut the candied fruit into pieces, etc.

Place the melted chocolate in dollops on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Use the back of a spoon to slightly spread the dollops into a round shape. Decorate them with toppings as desired. Store the tray in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to allow the chocolate to set.

Serve the set truffles on a plate or wrap them in gift bags and give them as a present.
